How to apply it
Outline the lips, following the outer edge of your natural lip line to enhance shape and definition; I like to go over the cupid’s bow again to make them more pronounced.
No need to fill in the whole lip as you want the contrast which makes the lips look fuller.
Using the neutral-tone highlighter, accentuate above the cupid’s bow to create the illusion of volume.

Love this lip liner, creamy and the perfect pink shade, can also be used just on its own it’s such a pretty shade. This is the second time I’ve ordered this lip liner, along with lots of the other studio 10 products.
As for the plumping qualities, just go outside of your lip line to get the fullness and line from the outer edge of upper lip towards the cupids bow to “push up” instead of dragging down.
