Your membership is 100% free (no hidden charges, promise) and there’s no additional cost for earning or redeeming points.

How do I redeem points?
Once logged into your account, click on the Redeem link at the top of the page, and you'll find a list of all of your eligible rewards.
How do I check my points balance?
Once logged in you’ll see your points balance displayed at the top of the page.
When do new points get added to my account?
Once you complete a rewards action, all points will post to your account within 7 days.
Do my points expire?
You have plenty of time - your points will last for 12 months!
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall Rewards balance (as if you hadn’t made the purchase at all).
